Alberta releases details of its latest Alberta PNP draw. And 16 Aviation Sector Applicants Selected in New Alberta PNP draw under Alberta Opportunity Stream.
The details of the March 07, 2025, Alberta Opportunity Stream Priority Sectors (Aviation) are:
Besides, the current draw is the second such draw targeting applicants from the aviation sector. Earlier, March 06, 2025, AAIP Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors draw also selected applicants from the aviation sector.

So, overall, we do see a rise in the selection of applicants, indicating a steady increase in the demand of aviation sector applicants.
Surprisingly, we did not see any priority sector draw targeting aviation sector applicants in 2024. Thus, it will be interesting to see how future Alberta PNP draws unveil.
Because priority sectors are the areas where the province has an urgent demand to fill its job vacancies. This is why AAIP targets key sectors to select skilled foreign workers to fill the gap in the labour force.
