Moreover, out of 163 LAAs issued in the new MPNP draw, 31 have been issued to applicants who meet the following terms:
Even though 163 applicants have an LAA in the latest MPNP draw, 31 applicants who have an active EE profile have a higher chance of getting a PR visa.
This is because if they get a PNP Nomination from MPNP against their EE profile, they will get an extra 600 CRS score in the EE pool. With the addition of 600 points, their overall CRS rank rises higher.
As a result, their chances of getting an ITA for a Canada PR visa go up. Whereas non-PNP nomination holders do not enjoy this advantage. In addition, IRCC recently held the Express Entry PNP draw on June 19, 2024, and issued 1499 ITAs for Canada PR visas.
