Canada is making history as 5000 applicants again qualify for permanent residence in Canada. In the latest Dec 23 Express Entry (EE) draw, the country issued 5000 ITAs with a 1-point drop in the CRS score. To qualify the applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 468 or more.
