So, now we have multiple options by which we can get an ITA for permanent residency in Canada. Even though we see a fall in the general draw, now applicants will have a higher chance of selection in category base draws. Besides, we can see the positive effects of the same in the June 28, 2023, Express Entry Category base draw targeting the healthcare sector. The ITAs were at 500 but the CRS cut-off is 476. This is lower than the current July 04, 2023, Express Entry draw.
