Canada’s government released 2018 year-end report. Hence, it showed 41 per cent of immigrants increase. As a result, 92,000 immigrants got Canadian Permanent Residency through EE.
Thus, the profiles targetted the three FHS programs. Thus, they are managed by the EE system. So, EE programs include FSW, FST and CEC.
The government and provinces consist of streams. In short, they get selected from the EE pool. Thus, one can apply for PR. Likewise, the main applicant’s family got invited.
2018 target rose and is expected to rise each year till 2021. Similarly, PNP invitations increased target resulting in 55,000 applications in 2018.
The invited profiles moved in 2019. Thus, 2018 rises to a big amount of FHS applicants processed in 2017 but only accepted in 2018 said IRCC.
To explain, the highest rankers got an ITA for PR through regular draws. Therefore, these draws usually take place every two weeks.
In spite of minimum CRS results, the significant variable is the amount of time remaining between each draw.
The draws of 3,350 IRAs every two weeks. Therefore, one can predict the minimum CRS to fall with each draw.
Hence, the report stated the submission of 280,000 profiles. Therefore, selected 70% came under FHS.

The IRCC data showed 51 per cent EE candidates with ITA in 2018. Due to which all those were between the age of 20 and 29.
48% had a Master’s degree. The remaining 42 per cent had a 3-year or higher post-secondary credential.
60 per cent had no Canadian work experience. But, 39 per cent had 5 years or more of international work experience.
CEC candidates got the second highest number of ITAs in 2018 with 30,571. Similarly, under FST, 904 candidates got ITAs.
Hence, 71 per cent with invitations in 2018, did not claim points. Likewise, those who claimed points, only 5 % per cent got a job offer.
PNP is the first factor under the EE system. Therefore, applicants get an extra 600 CRS score to apply for PR.
A total of 10,802 EE PNP candidates get an ITA in 2018. Therefore, this was compared to 2017 count of 8,733. Certainly, the ratio of EE PNP applicants rose.
Therefore, most of the provinces increased in this section. Specifically, Ontario experienced a year-over-year increase of 3,082.
Therefore, IRCC said Ontario is the host to towns i.e. Toronto and Ottawa. Hence, it reached the target province for 64 per cent of applications for PR in 2018.
2019 saw 3,215 ITAs. Those got issued over 13 draws got compared to 3,054 over the same number of draws in 2018. Later, 2019 saw an election that could have its own effect on the EE system.

ITA targetted engineers in 2018. Secondly, Information analysts and consultants were targets.
Hence, the programmers were in the third position. The auditors and assistants came fourth.
As per 2018 record, 46 per cent of Indians got ITAs. Whereas, the citizens of China got 6,248 ITAs. In the same way, citizens of Nigeria got 6,025 ITAs.
In the first half of 2019, Canada issued more EE ITAs compared with 2018 record-breaking year.
Canada broke the annual record in 2018, issuing 89,800 ITAs. However, the draw increased in the second half of 2018.
