95 ITAs issued in 1st Quebec Arrima draw on Jan 26, 2021. Selected applicants can now apply for permanent selection. It is well known that Quebec runs differently from all of Canada when it comes to immigration. Because Quebec has its own immigration rules and regulation. However, that does not mean that it does not fall under IRCC. Both Canada (other provinces + territories) and Quebec work in sync with the overall immigration goals.
Recently Canada shared it’s 2021 Immigration targets. And Canada wishes to offer permanent residence to more than 401,000 applicants. Whereas Quebec too has shared the figure for the same. Thus, the province has decided to select up to 47,500 applicants.

In comparison to the year 2020, the Jan 26 Arrima draw has started on a high note. Because Jan 19, 2020, draw issued 23 ITAs. Thus, the current draw offers great promises in the upcoming future.

If you qualify then you will get an ITA when the province holds its draws. And you must submit a complete application before the deadline. If you qualify you will get a CSQ. This means that the province is willing to give you permanent selection. After that, you can apply to IRCC for Canada PR.
