The Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP) invited applicants as per its April 09 draw. The applicants who qualified for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) had submitted an EOI profile through one of the 3 immigration streams.

To apply to MPNP and its stream, all applicants must create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile. An EOI is not a formal application but is an indication of interest in applying to the program. After you submit an EOI, your profile is assessed. As per the following criteria such as age, education, work experience, language skills, and connection to Manitoba. In addition, your profile is given a score out of 1000.
Canada holds immigration draws every 2 weeks. A profile with a CRS score equal to or higher than the qualifying score receives an ITA. As a result, this ITA will help you in applying for a Canadian permanent residence.
