Canada issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to 3,782 applicants with a qualifying CRS score of 450. Applicants selected from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) stream of the Express Entry (EE) system can now apply for permanent residence in Canada.
In the history of EE draws, this draw is the 4th draw targeting CEC applicants. Besides on April 15, the Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) draw invited, 118 applicants. Thus, April 15 and April 16 immigration draws brings the total number of ITA’s issued in these two days to 3,900. So far in 2020, Canada has issued 30,400.

The tie-breaker rule used in this draw was January 20, 2020, at 15:20:02 UTC. This means that you would have received an ITA if you have 455 or more CRS score and submitted your profile before this time and date.

As per these factors, you will receive a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. If your CRS score matches the CRS score of immigration draws then you will receive an ITA to apply for a Canada PR.
Unlike all Express Entry draws, program-specific draws such as CEC draws result in lowers CRS scores. As a result, April 16 EE CEC draw has a low CRS score. The score 455 was 12 points lower than the previous CRS score of 467.
Under the Express Entry, the latest draw was the 11th round of invitations in 2020.
