4200 ITAs for Express Entry applicants in Sep 16 draw will now allow them to apply for a Canada PR. But to qualify in this draw the applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 472. Also, the tie-break rule was set at March 09, 2020, at 13:03:40 UTC.
Besides, in comparison to the Sep 02 EE draw the Sep 16 EE draw selected the same 4200 applicants. But the CRS score fell from 475 to 473. Thus, the Sep 16 all-program EE draw only hint at a positive outcome in the next draw. We can expect the number of ITAs to remain the same and the CRS score to be low.
