Immigration news update: Manitoba invites 191 applicants in new MPNP draw. Besides, out of 191 LAAs, 43 have been issued to applicants with an Express Entry ID and Job Seeker Validation Code.

The above figures indicate a positive rise in the issuing of LAAs. Recently, we have seen a new pattern emerge for MPNP draws. Because the province as per IRCC guidelines has now started inviting Ukrainians in special draws. And the province has announced that it will be holding regular draws to do the same.
So, we can expect both MPNP general and special draws to happen frequently together. As a result, we can also see the lowering of CRS scores and higher issuing of LAAs in general draws.
