May 19, 2022, sees the much-awaited Alberta’s AAIP PNP Express Entry sub-stream draw. The draw selected a total of 100 applicants. Also, to qualify the applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 382.
However, in comparison to the last April 14, 2022, AAIP PNP draw, the following are the changes in the current draw:
Getting an ITA in this draw helps in getting an ITA for Canadian permanent residency. Because firstly, to get an ITA you must meet the following terms:
Secondly, the moment you get an ITA against your EE profile you will get an extra 600 CRS score in the EE pool. This raises your chances of getting an ITA for Canada PR. After that, you can submit a Canada PR application with all supporting documents.
IRCC will then process your PR visa application, and you will get a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
AAIP PNP draw issues 100 ITAs CRS cut off up by 26 points. And looking at the draw patterns we should expect the figures to change. One can expect a rise in CRS cut-off and a fall in the ITAs.
But the current time is the best time to apply. IRCC is resuming EE draws in July and will process visa applications within 6 months.
