Feb 02, 2023: Ontario under its Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream held 2 targeted draws. Where the two consecutive OINP draws select 1902 PNP applicants who meet the qualifying draw terms. The current draws are the first in 2023 under the HCP stream.
