Also, the tie-breaking rule applied for this draw is December 12, 2022, at 10:48:12 UTC. This means if more than 1 applicant matches the CRS draw cut-off then a decision will be made looking at the time and date of submission of their Express Entry (EE) profiles.

If we analyse the CRS cut-off for this draw, we may at first glance focus on the higher cut-off aspect. Whereas one must understand, the current draw targets applicants who have a valid PNP nomination. Besides, anyone who gets a PNP nomination against their EE profile gets an addition of 600 CRS points in the Express Entry pool.
