Saskatchewan makes history by holding 3 consecutive SINP draws on Aug 16, 2023. Moreover, this is the first time that the province is targeting applicants from specific countries for PNP nomination invitations. A sight which has never been seen before. It is positive to say that now the province shall directly begin selecting applicants from specific countries. As per its labour market and economic needs. Further, the details of Three Special SINP draws targeting specific countries held on Aug 16 2023 are as follows:
Draw 1 – 431 applicants from India have an invitation.
Draw 2: Poland, Czechia, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Ukraine – 176 applicants have an invitation.
Draw 3: Ireland – 35 applicants have an invitation.
Besides, the qualifying draw score for all the 3 Special SINP draws is 60. Further, looking at the new SINP draw pattern of targeting applicants from specific countries who qualify and meet labour market needs is a positive sign. Because as the province continues to hold such draws, we will be able to see, the list of countries whose residents are in high demand in Saskatchewan.
Looking at the current SINP draw details we can say India tops Canada’s choice for skilled workers. Because amongst the above 3 Special SINP draws on Aug 16, 2023, India emerges on the top as the source of skilled workers for Saskatchewan followed by other countries. So, we can say and see, that Indians are in high demand due to their in-demand skills in Saskatchewan.
Besides, this is not the first time where Canada is favouring, targeting and acknowledging the contribution of India towards its growth. As each year, Canada shares statistical data regarding the inflow of immigrants from countries. Where we see India topping the list as always. Similarly, Saskatchewan too is now directly selecting Indians to grow its economy and fill its job positions.
