Canada holds third draw for French speaking applicants seeking Canada PR visa. Express Entry category based draw invites 1500 Francophones. However, we can see a constant fall in ITAs and a rise and fall in CRS cut-off.

Besides, after getting an ITA 1500 Francophones will have 60 days to apply for a Canada PR visa. IRCC will then assess their PR visa application. If satisfactory, it will issue a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
The current draw is the 3rd Express Entry French-Speaking category-based draw. The following table below sheds light on the changes in ITAs for PR and the CRS cut-off.

Looking at the above table we can see a constant decline in ITAs for PR visas. However, we see mix reaction of the CRS cut-off. A stark decline in ITAs may indicate the slowing demand for French-speaking applicants. However, we must note that this was all the rage in 2023. But it will be interesting to see future similar draws.
