The new Arrima draw selects 133 fewer applicants for CSQ. However, we see such draw changes common in Arrima draws. And this does not impact the fact that Quebec will continue to strongly select Francophones for permanent selection.
However, it will be interesting to see the draw changes on the positive side. Currently, the rest of Canada is strongly focusing on selecting Francophones for PNP nomination or Canada PR.
Thus, if you have strong French language skills then your chances of getting a Canada PR visa are higher. Missing this golden opportunity will be naive.
