Oct 10, 2024: Manitoba holds latest MPNP draw. The 230th MPNP draw issued 234 LAAs for PNP nomination out of which 36 have been issued to Express Entry profile holders with job seeker validation codes.

The details of the 230th MPNP draw are:
Skilled Worker in Manitoba (SWM)
International Education Stream (IES)
Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO)
As shared above, the current draw issued a total 234 LAAs. Out of which 36 applicants have an LAA because they:
36 applicants who have an LAA against their EE profile have a higher chances of getting Canada PR visa. Because as they get a PNP nomination, their CRS rank will get a boost of 600 extra points.
Thus, chances of getting an ITA for Canada PR goes up. This is why a majority of applicants choose the Express Entry + PNP pathway.
Post June 06, 2024, MPNP draw, we have not seen an MPNP draw that cover all SWM, IES, and SWO categories. The current draw is the only one in such a long time. But still we see higher LAAs in MPNP draws.
