This is the first AAIP draw for Alberta Opportunity Stream in 2025. Up till now, the province has held 6 AAIP draws, selecting 479 applicants. The details of the same are given below.
| Date | AAIP Category | EOI Score | PNP Invitations |
| 14-Feb-25 | Alberta Opportunity Stream – Construction | 61 | 88 |
| 12-Feb-25 | Alberta Express Entry Stream – Accelerated Tech Pathway | 67 | 63 |
| 7-Feb-25 | Alberta Express Entry Stream – Priority Sectors (Agriculture) | 64 | 20 |
| 6-Feb-25 | Dedicated Health Care Pathway – non-Express Entry | 50 | 48 |
| 5-Feb-25 | Dedicated Health Care Pathway – Express Entry | 52 | 70 |
| 3-Feb-25 | Rural Renewal Stream | 68 | 190 |
88 Construction sector applicants have PNP invitations. This means they will now have to submit a complete and error-free PNP application. However, they must make sure to submit all required supporting documents. This is to avoid application processing delay, request for additional information or rejection.
AAIP will then check the PNP application and if satisfactory will issue a nomination. With this, they can apply directly to IRCC for a Canada PR visa. Once their application is processed, they will get a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
