In 2024, we saw Canada making changes to slow down the inflow of permanent residents by slashing the PR visa targets. However, the country is feeling the brunt of the same. Because in 2025, we are seeing new PR pathway, launching/revival of pilot programs. And now, IRCC makes changes to Category-based Selection for Express Entry.
