The Atlantic International Graduate Stream of the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) is for applicants who have recently graduated from one of the 4 Atlantic Canada provinces. This refers to provinces such as Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. So, if you come under this category then apply to this stream.

Even if you have studied in Canada you must submit valid language test results for English – IELTS/CELPIP, for French – TEF/TCF. Also, these test results must not be less than 2 years old. Further, they must prove that you have a minimum CLB/NCLC level applicable to apply.

After qualifying to apply to the AIP Atlantic International Graduate Stream, you must have a valid job offer from an AIP-designated employer. Also, your job offer must be from 1 of the Atlantic provinces where you will be working (Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, or Prince Edward Island). After receiving a job offer, a settlement plan is also required. Because it will make it easier for you and your family to settle in Canada. A Certificate of Endorsement confirming that the Atlantic province you are moving to endorses your job offer must also be obtained after that.
All applicants must meet basic financial terms to maintain themselves and their families before entering Canada (if accompanying). You must apply to IRCC for a Canada PR visa after meeting all Atlantic International Graduate Stream terms. You must achieve this by submitting a full application for a PR visa that is free of mistakes.
