The Business Immigration Stream (SINP) helps Saskatchewan get people who want to buy and or run a business in the province. Also, this stream helps such applicants to apply for nomination for permanent residence in Canada.

So, as per the applicant’s needs, it can apply to 1 of the above sub-streams of Business Immigration Stream (SINP). If successful, the applicant will get a nomination from Saskatchewan which will help them to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

SINP will reject your nomination if:

You do not meet one or more terms of the program;
Either, you and/or family members have medical issues or any of your dependant family member above the age of 18 has a criminal record;
Also, there are pending child custody or child support issues which may affect any of your family members; and
Are found guilty of misrepresentation or fraud, whether done by you or your representative.
