IRCC has conducted the 10th Express Entry PNP draw of 2025, setting the second-lowest CRS cut-off of the year at 706. Current May 12, 2025, Express Entry PNP draw invites 511 PNP nomination holders.

The new Express Entry PNP draw inviting 511 applicants is positive news. Even though this number looks small in comparison to the 2024 draws. However, the best thing is that the CRS cut-off has fallen to 706. After the March 3, 2025, EE PNP draw, this is the second time the score has fallen this low.
However, looking at past draw patterns, we can expect the CRS cut-off to rise now. Also, there might be a possibility of IRCC issuing fewer PNP invitations. However, such changes are normal, and Canada will soon be back to issuing higher invites.
