The Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) is a points-based immigration program designed to attract highly skilled or talented individuals to settle in Hong Kong and contribute to its economic competitiveness. Under QMAS, applicants do not need a job offer before applying and can bring their spouse or legally recognised partner and unmarried dependent children under 18.

Applicants must first meet all prerequisites before being assessed under one of the two points-based routes.

After meeting the prerequisites, applicants choose one of the following assessment routes:
1. General Points Test
Applicants are assessed on factors such as age, academic/professional qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, and family background. A minimum passing score (currently 80 points) is required.
2. Achievement-based Points Test
For individuals with exceptional talent or outstanding achievements (e.g., Olympic medals, Nobel prizes, internationally recognized awards). Only one point-scoring factor: achievement. No minimum passing score, but only a limited number of applicants are selected.

This test selects applicants who have exceptional skills/Talent.
Applicants who meet 1 of the following conditions will get 225 points or else the application will be rejected.
