Manitoba recently held an immigration draw where the MPNP EOI draw invites 147 applicants in the latest draw. The applicants who have received an ITA under this draw have been selected from the following MPNP sub-streams:

In comparison to past draws, the current draw figure seems less. But this decline is assessed to be temporary. Because a dip in ITAs or LAAs is very common and not an issue of alarm.
