The NB Express Entry Stream is linked to the federal Express Entry (EE) System. And selects applicants who have the skill, knowledge, experience, and language skills to grow the economy of New Brunswick (NB).

Language Skill Level – Max 28 Points
Canada requires all applicants to have a job-ready language. This means that the applicant must be able to communicate in English and or French. Because Canada has 2 official languages (English/French). As a result, it must submit test results to show proof of its language skill level.
The language test results must show that the applicant has a minimum level of skill level in all 4 key areas such as Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. You can submit test results for:

To get points under this factor, an applicant must give Canadian educational credentials or an Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report for foreign education credentials. An ECA report proves that their foreign education is equal to that of Canada’s education system.
