Quebec shared details of its latest Arrima draw. The New Arrima RSWP draw issues 1650 invites to qualifying candidates for permanent selections. Applicants who have invites can now apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). After getting a CSQ they can apply to IRCC for a Canada PR visa.

Thus, we are seeing a strong positive rise in the selection of applicants via the Arrima draw for the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). This is unusual because we do not see such a rise in invites regularly.
The draw fluctuations do not change much. Thus, Quebec has always been a steady source for getting permanent selection for a Canada PR visa.
However, as the new Arrima draw issues 1650 invites, we should expect these numbers to improve in upcoming draws. Also, Canada will release the new Immigration Levels Plan 2024 in November. Thus, it will be interesting to see the impact of the same on draw results.
