Newfoundland and Labrador are the easternmost province of Canada. It comprises of Newfound land and a large part of mainland sector Labrador in the northwest. The province is in the Atlantic region and spreads across an area of 405,212 square km with a population of 525,073 (2019 Est). The Strait of Belle Isle divides the province into 2 parts, one is Labrador which is a part of mainland Canada and another part is Newfoundland which is an island. Besides, the province also includes 7000 islands. Such beauty and expanse of land are what attracts foreign immigrants to this province.
