Ontario’s OINP HCP stream is linked to the Express Entry (EE) System. This means that PNP candidates who have NOIs in the current draw meet the following terms:
As Ontario has issued 1269 NOIs, these applicants after getting a PNP nomination will get an extra 600 CRS score in the EE pool. As a result, their chances of getting an ITA for a Canada PR visa go up majorly.
