Saskatchewan has issued 1,764 Invitation to Apply (ITA) till now in 2020. On Feb 27, 2020, Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) issued 576 ITA to applicants who qualify for Canada PR.
If you submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile with SINP then you will get an ITA. With an ITA you can apply for permanent residence in Canada. EOI system helps Canadian provinces select skilled workers who best suit the needs of the province.
If you want to apply through SINP then you must create an EOI profile. EOI is a pre-application process where you show your intent to live and work in the province.
SINP will assess your profile as per its 5 factors which are:

Note: You must get a min of 60 points for SINP to consider the selection of your profile. You do not need a job offer to qualify in SINP. But you must have min 1-year work experience in an eligible skilled job in the field of your study.
As per your EOI score, SINP will issue an ITA through which you can apply for permanent residence in Canada.
The province issued 301 ITA to applicants who had a profile in the Federal Express Entry pool.

If Saskatchewan selects you, then you will get an extra 600 points for your CRS score. CRS is a ranking system that ranks profiles in the federal Express Entry system. This ranking allows the govt to select potential candidates for Canada Immigration.
After the selection of your profile, you can apply for permanent residence to IRCC.
Occupation In-demand is a suitable option for applicants who do not have an EE profile. This stream helps eligible foreign immigrants to apply for Canada PR in a quick and easy manner. You must have received an ITA from SINP if your EOI score was equal to or more than 69.
