On Mar 26, 2020, Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) invited 205 applicants. These applicants received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a Canada PR. Furthermore, SINP gave invites to profiles that had work experience in 71 in-demand occupations. In addition, to qualify these candidates did not need a job offer. However, they needed 1 year of work experience. And this work experience must have been in an eligible occupation related to their field of study.
Canada on Mar 16 announced its special COVID-19 immigration measures. Since then British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, all continue to hold provincial nominee program draws. Also, these draws are an addition to the earlier Mar 18 Express Entry draw. As this draw too selected provincial nominees.
SINP invited profiles under its Occupation In-demand stream that had:
Note
Some of the 71 occupations invited in this draw included college instructors, medical laboratory technologists, and corporate sales managers.
Note
In Mar 26 draw, applicants required minimum CRS score of 25.
In addition, SINP has invited a total of 1969 applicants this year. It invited 1,124 profiles from Occupations In-Demand category. And 845 profiles through the Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category.
SINP is one of Canada’s immigration programs. And is linked with the Express Entry (EE) System. It helps the province get skilled foreign workers. In addition, the Express Entry system manages profiles from Canada’s 3 main economic–class immigration programs like:
If you have an EE profile then you must create an EOI profile with Saskatchewan. In this way, the province can assess our profile. And if you qualify then you can receive an ITA for provincial nomination. Furthermore, if you apply and qualify, then you will receive an extra 600 CRS points against your EE profile. Thus, it guarantees that you will receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
Do not let news of coronavirus scare you. Canada is a strong and developed country. It is equipped to handle such crises. It is doing everything from injecting billions in the economy to giving financial aids.
Canada is clear that at any cost it will not stop immigration. It knows that a large no of its people will retire soon. And the country has a low birth rate. Thus, it needs foreign skilled workers to build its future. As a result, the country has increased frequency of its immigration draws and is inviting a large no of people.
