Canada immigration update: Saskatchewan raises immigration criteria new occupations eligible for PR. The new extension in immigration eligibility criteria will now benefit 279 occupations. The applicants who are in Saskatchewan on a work permit will be able to claim permanent residency via SINP.
Besides, applicants from the intermediate and lower-skilled job profiles who are working in the province on work permits gained via the existing SINP Work Permit stream will benefit. Earlier, Canada as per the TEER category was admitting TEER 0, 1, 2, and 3 occupations for PR admission. But as Saskatchewan raises immigration criteria new occupations are eligible for PR more job profiles will be able to benefit from the same.
