May 10, 2022, BC Immigration: Second BC PNP draw targeting entrepreneurs issues less than 5 ITAs. Also, this is the second draw in the entrepreneur immigration category of BC PNP. And the applicants needed a qualifying CRS score of 109.
Applicants have been picked from the EI – Regional Pilot sub-stream. However, in comparison to the last March 22, 2022, BC PNP EI draw there is no change in the draw figures. But the CRS score requirement is lower by 8 points.
With the latest trends at hand and new BC PNP draw patterns, we can expect the draw figures to go up. BC PNP’s EI category selects applicants who have the potential to run a business in BC. Under the EI there are two sub-streams the Regional Pilot and the Base Category. As per your eligibility, you can apply to any one of them.
British Columbia holds periodic draws, and in one such EI draw if you match the CRS cut-off then you will get an ITA. An Invitation to Apply (ITA) is a formal invitation to submit a complete application with all supporting documents within 90 days. After you submit your application BC will process your application. If satisfactory, you will get a nomination certificate.
Now with this nomination, you can apply to IRCC for permanent residency in Canada.
