Looking at the earlier months’ draw data, we see that Canada is emptying the EE pool. This means that applicants with a higher-level CRS score are getting an ITA first. So, the remaining candidates can easily get an ITA for Canada PR in upcoming draws.
Express Entry profiles with higher CRS ranks have higher chances of getting selected. However, since 2023, other factors such as in-demand skills and occupation also influenced IRCC’s invitation criteria.
The current state of the EE pool in Oct 2024 can be understood from the table below:

From the above table, the claim we just made is clear. Now, we can expect a higher number of applicants with low CRS score to get selected in November.
However, we should see smaller draws and can expect CEC, PNP and category-based draws (especially French language draws to take the lead).
