To be able to apply for this visa, an individual needs to qualify for the Expression of Interest(EOI) points. It\u2019s a points-based system to assess<br \/>\nexpression of Interest. This visa isn\u2019t designed for people who are self-employed. If the individual\u00a0wants to work in their\u00a0own business, may wish to apply for an Entrepreneur Resident Visa instead.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/webtechnomind.in\/work\/global-vision-Immigration\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/New-Zealand-Skilled-Migration-Visa-300x169-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7631\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Visa allows to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live, work and study\u00a0in New Zealand.<\/li>\n<li>Stay in New Zealand indefinitely<\/li>\n<li>Include partner, and dependent children aged 24 and under, in\u00a0residence application.<\/li>\n<li>Travel in and out of New Zealand as often as you like until travel conditions expire.<\/li>\n<li>Work (if you have an offer of skilled employment in or outside Auckland)<\/li>\n<li>Work (if you have current skilled employment in or outside Auckland)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visa Eligibility Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entry Permission:\u00a0An individual must apply for entry permission when arrive in New Zealand.<\/li>\n<li>Age: Must be of 55 years or under<\/li>\n<li>\n        EOI Points: Must achieve the minimum cut off points or above in EOI. Keep checking<br \/>\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230206054733\/https:\/\/www.immigration.govt.nz\/formshelp\/eoi-pool-updates\/history-of-selection-points\/2017-selections\" in a valid passport if any individual wants to travel in or outside NZ.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; In addition to the above-mentioned conditions, there are other factors and criteria
