And also want to set up or buy a business in the province. Further, after selection, they can apply for permanent residence in Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><strong><br class=\"none\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Who can apply under the Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If an applicant wants to get Canada PR through the AAIP Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream then the must meet the following terms to apply:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Firstly, have a minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Can be actively\u00a0managing\u00a0or owning a business or both.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secondly, have completed a minimum of 2 years of study program from a post-secondary institution in Alberta.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, have received a degree or diploma due to the same.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moreover, after completion of the study program, have received a <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230206062500\/https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/post-graduation-work-permit\/\"><strong>Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, PGWP must be valid for a minimum of 2 years at the time of applying to the Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Further, have a minimum of CLB 7 or NCLC 7 language skill level.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, Innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Master of Business Administration \u2013 Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor of Commerce \u2013 Entrepreneurship and Innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor of Commerce \u2013 Small Business and Entrepreneurship<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Culinary Entrepreneurship<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor of Commerce \u2013 Entrepreneurship and Innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br class=\"none\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Additional factors to meet<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In case an applicant meets the following factors, then their chances of getting an invitation or request to submit a Business Application to AAIP increases:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 #000000;\">An applicant or its spouse or common-law partner has relatives in Alberta. An EOI is not a formal application but shows the applicant\u2019s interest to apply to the program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, once an Because applicants can only get 1 AAIP Nomination certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Are issued a letter on a previous application as per which you can not apply for a specific period. But if you apply then your application will be rejected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also, have a removal order from IRCC or Canada Border Service Agency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Besides, do not have valid temporary resident status. And are living or working in Canada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finally, your proposed Business is on the list of\u00a0non-qualifying businesses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br class=\"none\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Which businesses do not qualify under this stream?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The following businesses do not qualify:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any business that breaks the terms of the Immigration Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The business does not add any value to the economy of Alberta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Either the Business is set up to get passive investment or the applicant\u00a0is not actively involved in its management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Business is project-based or seasonal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Home-based businesses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any business related to a succession plan.
