OINP International Graduate Stream<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The OINP International Graduate Stream\u00a0aims to\u00a0get foreign students with a master\u2019s or PhD. degree from Ontario.\u00a0One can choose to apply to either the\u00a0Master\u2019s Graduate Stream<\/strong>\u00a0or the\u00a0PhD. Graduate Stream<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n


Masters Graduate Stream<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This stream is for foreign students who have a master\u2019s degree from\u00a0an Ontario University. It allows them to apply for permanent residence without a job offer<\/strong>. Profiles meeting the program terms get a nomination from OINP. And can then apply to IRCC for permanent residence.<\/span><\/p>\n


Who can apply to the Masters Graduate Stream?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

To apply you need to meet the\u00a0following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Firstly,\u00a0have a master\u2019s degree from an Ontario University.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Secondly, your\u00a0degree must have been for 1 year. And should be full-time in nature.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Third,\u00a0you must apply\u00a0to OINP under this stream within 2 years after completing masters degree.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Also, must be\u00a0living in Ontario with legal status. OINP also considers people with implied status at the time of application.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Finally, have\u00a0CLB 7 language skill level in English\/French.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    2. Have\u00a0proof of 12-24 months of residence in Ontario before applying to OINP.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Have an\u00a0interest in living and working in Ontario.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Also, you must not have an\u00a0interest\u00a0in further studies in Ontario.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


      How to apply?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

      1. You must\u00a0check your eligibility. <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Have all supporting documents. <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Also, make sure your application is complete for the program. <\/span><\/li>\n
      4. You need to upload complete and clear papers on the e-filling portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. The online application process can take approx. 2 hours. But you can complete the process within 14 days or the registration will expire.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Once an online application is in OINP, it cannot be edited.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. All your papers should be in English or French. You need to translate or notarize if they are not.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. If OINP selects your profile, then you will get a Letter of Approval and certificate of nomination.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. After selection, you must apply for permanent residence to IRCC within 6 months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


        Ph.D. Graduate Stream<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

        This stream is for foreign students who have a masters degree from eligible Ontario University. It allows them to apply for permanent residence without a job offer.
