As of now, the\u00a0<strong>Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)<\/strong>\u00a0has\u00a0given\u00a0<strong>1,808<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA)<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Invitation to Apply (ITA)<\/strong>\u00a0to selected profiles to apply for a\u00a0<strong>Canada PR<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>7 applicants from the Express Entry (EE) system selected by MPNP<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the latest Manitoba EOI draw, MPNP issued 7 LAA\u2019s to applicants\u00a0with an active EE profile in the federal\u00a0<strong>Express Entry (EE) system<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you received an LAA in this draw then it means:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Firstly, you have an active EE profile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secondly, your profile meets the Human Capital Factors such as:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Age<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Language Skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Education Level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work Experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Also,\u00a0have\u00a0a highest or qualifying\u00a0<strong>Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/strong>\u00a0score\u00a0in the Express Entry draw.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In case you qualified in the EE draws then you can apply for a provincial nomination from Manitoba.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Besides if you are successful in getting a provincial nomination then your profile will receive an extra 600 CRS score.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Thus, it guarantees your profile receiving an LAA to apply for Canadian permanent residence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>MPNP selects 73 applicants from the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">MPNP selected 92 applicants with an EOI profile in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. If you received an invite then it means:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You had an EOI profile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have been working for a minimum of 6 months in a full-time, regular job under a Manitoba employer;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You have the required education level\/training\/certification to do your job;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have a work permit or Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) to work in Manitoba;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meet the minimum language skill level;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have proof of settlement plan and settlement funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Besides an EOI profile that meets the above terms is given a score out of 1,000 and applicants who have the highest scores are given an LAA. Also, on April 24 EOI draw; the lowest-scoring profile selected under this stream had a score of 489.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>25 applicants selected in EOI draw from Skilled Workers Overseas stream<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">MPNP selected 25 applicants from its EOI pool under the Skilled Workers Overseas stream. These applicants were selected directly under the\u00a0<strong>Strategic Recruitment Initiative<\/strong>. MPNP also works along with Manitoba employers to select foreign skilled workers overseas as per the labour market and economic needs of employers and the province.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Similarly, in this stream too applicants had an EOI profile and were selected as per the EOI system. If you were selected under this stream then it means your profile had a qualifying score of 714 or above.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>14 Applicants invited from International Education stream<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This stream did not specify any minimum EOI score requirement.
