And we can expect the same to begin in July 2022.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>However, the current positive update for Canada visa aspirants raises doubts as well. Because in addition to resuming the draws the minister also hinted at the consideration of in-demand occupations and the CRS cut-off for issuing an ITA for Canada PR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>Now, what does this hint at? From a surface level, we can see that if you are in the EE pool or are applying then in future draws Canada will see the demand for your occupation along with your CRS rank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>Earlier, IRCC was considering the matching or exceeding of the CRS cut-off as a parameter of selection. CRS score set at an all-time low of 25.<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>The above variations in draws are all due to the pandemic. As Canada along with the rest of the world had to impose a lockdown and enforce a travel ban on all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>As a result, the general draw was paused. However, IRCC then started focusing on CEC applicants inside Canada. And as we see it selected the highest number of CEC applicants ever done. But soon this too had to be paused. Further, with just EE PNP draws being held.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>This created huge issues for the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/express-entry\/\"><strong>Express Entry (EE) System<\/strong><\/a>. Because due to the slowing down and pausing of certain draws the system amassed a huge application backlog. This further triggered an economic impact all over Canada. As we can see currently Canada is facing a huge jump in the job vacancy rate. And that too despite\u00a0a lower unemployment rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>So, when the job vacancy rate went up, it created a huge hole of skilled workers in the Canadian labour market. With only the admission of foreign skilled workers being the cure for it all. As a result, after major speculations, Canada decided to resume FSW, and CEC draws. But, as the damage was already done, the immigration ministry needed a proactive strategy to meet the labour market needs. So as to increase the economic graph of the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>This is where the suggestion of holding <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Express Entry (EE) Occupation in-demand draws<\/strong><\/span> came into being.
