But who can get an ITA under this sub-stream?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ontario offers this immigration pathway to foreign workers who have a job offer\u00a0in an in-demand occupation in Ontario. With this stream, you can apply to get a provincial nomination. After that, you can <strong>apply to IRCC for permanent residency in Canada<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>If you want to apply to this stream, then you must meet the following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Have a full-time and permanent job offer.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Job offer must come under NOC C or D.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Must match or be higher than the median wage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Employer must be hiring for a job position required to run\u00a0the\u00a0company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Your job offer must be for Ontario.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>Also, after getting an ITA from Ontario you must submit a complete application for nomination.
