font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Secondly, 363 applicants have an Invitation to Apply (ITA).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Also, applicants who have an ITA created their EE profile in the EE pool between Sep 23, 2021 &#8211; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">For the current draw, when looking at the last June 21, 2022, OINP draw we see 7 points rise in ITAs. However, we also see dramatic jumps in past draws such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Firstly, on <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/oinp-french-speaking-skilled-worker-draw-issues-301-itas\/\">April 28, 2022, OINP draw<\/a><\/span> selected 301 applicants. But the next <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">June 09, 2022, OINP draw<\/span> issued 153 ITAs.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Secondly, post the June 09 draw, <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/oinp-express-entry-french-speaking-skilled-worker-draw-selects-356-applicants\/\">June 21, 2022, the OINP draw<\/a><\/span> selected 356 applicants for PNP nomination.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>So, we can see changes in the selection of applicants for OINP nomination in the past draw. As a result, we must expect such changes in the upcoming draws. However, with each passing draw, we can expect the gap between draws to reduce both in timing and the number of ITAs being issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>As a result, applicants who wish to get a nomination for a Canada PR must apply soon. Because irrespective of the fluctuation in ITA numbers we\u00a0see a rise in ITAs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Thus, in 2022, OINP EE linked streams have selected up to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Human Capital Priorities stream \u2013 1,897<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream \u2013 1,379<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Skilled Trades stream \u2013 6,166<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><br class=\"none\" \/>Should you apply to an Express Entry (EE) System linked OINP sub-stream?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ontario holds 5th OINP French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream draw. Also,\u00a0the OINP sub-stream is linked to the <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/express-entry\/\"><strong>Express Entry (EE) System<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. But how can applicants benefit from this link? The reason for the same is that to get an ITA under this stream firstly you must meet terms such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Firstly, apply to the EE system under 1 of the EE sub-streams:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Canadian Experience Class (CEC)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Also, meet Human Capital Factors:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Age<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Education<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Work Experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Language Skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Besides, meet the terms for the French-speaking OINP sub-stream.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Finally, to get an ITA, have a CRS score of 326 or more.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br class=\"none\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">However, once you get a <strong>provincial nomination certificate from Ontario<\/strong>, your EE profile gets an extra 600 CRS score. So, with this addition to your overall CRS rank in the EE pool, your chances of getting an ITA for Canada PR go up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">But we must not ignore the Base OINP sub-stream over the EE-linked sub-streams. However, when you get a nomination from OINP, you will have to <strong>apply to IRCC for Canada PR<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Besides, you will get Canada PR in both cases. But the frequency and the volume by which the EE system\u00a0selects PR applicants\u00a0are very high. As a result, OINP base PNPs do not select people in a very large number. So, you may have to wait for a long time for a nomination. So, you can further <strong>apply for permanent residency in Canada<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br class=\"none\" \/>In short, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #99cc00;\"><strong>Ontario holds 5th OINP French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream draw<\/strong><\/span>. Thus, make the right choice!
