Yes, the <strong>IRCC sets Immigration Target Plan 2025-27 for permanent and temporary residents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the first time in the history of Canadian immigration, we are seeing targets for temporary residents. Only a 17% drop is in this category target. This is new and bound to happen owing to all past immigration updates.
