For 2025, we are yet to get an updated PNP allocation quota for Alberta. But looking at 2024&#8217;s successful record, we should expect positive results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One must remember that in 2024, the AAIP underwent a drastic change with the introduction of a new EOI system. And has been the province which has held back-2-back express entry draws targeting applicants from its multiple sub-streams. Thus, we see 9942 Alberta PNP nominations being granted in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The breakdown of Alberta PNP&#8217;s 2024 performance is as the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Firstly, Alberta issued 9942 PNP nominations under AAIP.\n<ul>\n<li>But the province also issued additional PNP nominations under small Express Entry additional sources provided by the government of Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Secondly, out of 9942 Alberta PNP nominations 85% have been issued to temporary foreign workers in the province.\n<ul>\n<li>Also, this percentage aligns with Canada&#8217;s policy of offering work permit support letters to prospective PNP candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>AAIP also assessed 924 Alberta PNP nominations whose work permits are expiring in 2024. This is per the temporary public policy.<\/li>\n<li>Besides, 777 PNP candidates have been given work permit support letters.
