But will continue to study at the same DLI and study level as on your earlier permit.<\/li>\n<li>You hold a temporary resident visa (minimum 6 months validity) and are subject to an unenforceable removal order.<\/li>\n<li>Are an applicant who meets 1 of the conditions:\n<ul>\n<li>Have sponsorship from a Canadian loved one under in-land sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>Come under the protected persons category.<\/li>\n<li>Have applied for a Canada PR visa and have an exemption order for a study visa.<\/li>\n<li>Your family member falls under any of the above conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Are applying to a DLI as an exchange student.<\/li>\n<li>Applying to study in a DLI that is under the administration of a federal department or agency.<\/li>\n<li>Have approval to participate in the Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot.<\/li>\n<li>Do not need a study permit due to temporary policy exempting certain Indigenous people and their family members.<\/li>\n<li>Are in Canada or applying as per the immigration minister&#8217;s public policy created in response to a crisis or any other urgent situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How many Canada study visa applications will get approval in 2025?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Canada will process 505162 study visa applications in 2025.
