To Brief, The ESID includes skills shortage list, which provides assurance for both employers and migrants regarding the job opportunities. The ESID list helps candidates interested in the <a href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/new-zealand-pr\/\">New Zealand immigration process<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The ESID generally includes 3 skill shortage list :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL).<\/li>\n<li>the Regional Skill Shortage List (RSSL).<\/li>\n<li>Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List (CISSL).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Brief Description of 3 skills Shortage List<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>Long term skill shortage List (LTSSL)<\/h3>\n<p>The LTSSL usually focusses on identifying the occupation with a shortage of highly skilled workers throughout New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>To enumerate, Essential Skills work visa or LTSSL work visa are given to the migrants who qualify for the job as per the requirement of the occupation.<\/p>\n<p>Further, if they apply for work to residence visa, they can apply for residence after 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>The outcomes of the LTSSL review are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inclusion of aged care registered nurse<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion of construction project manager.<\/li>\n<li>Exclusion of the occupation of a carpenter. However, the occupation remains in the CISSL.<br \/>\n<h3>Regional Skill Shortage List (RSSL)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RSSL, usually includes the regions having an immediate shortage of skilled workers.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, The RSSL includes the details of occupation in 15 regions, therefore providing the exact figures of skill shortages in the regions. Furthermore, providing migrants a better perspective about the job opportunities in regional areas.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, An Essential Skill work visa is given to migrants who qualify for the job.<\/p>\n<p>The outcomes of the RSSL review are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inclusion of early childhood teacher (all regions), primary school teacher (all regions) and secondary school teacher (all regions)<\/li>\n<li>Exclusion of construction project manager roading and Infrastructure. However, the occupation is now in LTSSL.<\/li>\n<li>Decline of caf\u00e9\/restaurant manager, fitter (general), wood Machinist.<\/li>\n<li>Decline of Quantity Surveyor .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To point out,\u00a0 RSSL will be replacing ISSL.<\/p>\n<p>To Explain, Immediate Skilled Shortage List (ISSL) usually identifies the occupations where there is a skill shortage. However, ISSL has only one drawback, it focusses focus on regional.<\/p>\n<p>Further, a migrant worker meeting the requirement of the occupations listed in ISSL will be given\u00a0 Essential work visa. An essential skill work visa allows the migrants to work in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigration.govt.nz\/new-zealand-visas\">New Zealand<\/a> temporarily.<\/p>\n<h3>Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List (CISSL).<\/h3>\n<p>The CISSL generally consists of immediate short-term skill shortages in the Construction labor market of New Zealand. It also splits into 15 regions,\u00a0 similar to the RSSL.<\/p>\n<p>In CISSL inclusion of 3 occupations has been done.<\/p>\n<p>The outcomes of the CISSL review:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inclusion of Building
