Hence, it showed 41 per cent of\u00a0immigrants\u00a0increase. As a result, 92,000 immigrants got Canadian Permanent Residency through EE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Thus, the\u00a0profiles targetted the three\u00a0FHS programs. Thus, they\u00a0are managed by the\u00a0EE\u00a0system.\u00a0So, EE programs include FSW, FST and CEC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The government and provinces consist of streams. In short,\u00a0they get selected from the\u00a0EE\u00a0pool. Thus, one can apply for PR. Likewise, the\u00a0main applicant&#8217;s family got invited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2018 target rose and is expected to rise each year till 2021. Similarly, <a href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/provincial-nominee-program\/\">PNP invitations<\/a> increased target resulting in 55,000 applications in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The invited profiles moved in 2019. Thus,\u00a02018 rises to a big amount of FHS applicants processed in 2017 but only accepted in 2018 said IRCC.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Canadian Permanent Residency Invitation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">To explain, the highest rankers\u00a0got an\u00a0ITA for PR through regular draws. Therefore, these draws usually take place every two weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"word\">In\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">spite\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">minimum\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/services\/immigrate-canada\/express-entry\/eligibility\/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system\/grid.html\">CRS<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">results,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">significant\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">variable\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">is\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">amount\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">time\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">remaining\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">between\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">each\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"word\">draw.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The draws of 3,350 IRAs every two weeks. Therefore, one can predict the minimum CRS to fall with each draw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Hence, the report stated the submission of 280,000 profiles. Therefore, selected 70% came under\u00a0FHS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Further, 53 per cent of ITAs got issued under FSW in 2018. Hence, the CRS applied changes in late 2016. In fact, applicants got favoured with greater human capital ratings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The core human capital factors include <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">age<\/span><\/li>\n<li>language skills<\/li>\n<li>education<\/li>\n<li>work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Therefore, all these\u00a0form the CRS score and reaches a maximum of 600 points.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The IRCC data showed 51 per cent EE candidates\u00a0with ITA in 2018. Due to which all those were between the age of 20 and 29.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">48% had a Master&#8217;s degree. The remaining 42 per cent had a 3-year or higher post-secondary credential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 per cent had no Canadian work experience. But, 39 per cent had 5 years or more of international work experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">CEC candidates got the second highest number of ITAs in 2018 with 30,571. Similarly, under FST, 904 candidates got ITAs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Hence, 71 per cent\u00a0with invitations in 2018, did not claim points. Likewise, those who claimed points, only 5 % per cent got a job offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6774\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6774\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gvimmigration.com\/express-entry\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6774 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/webtechnomind.in\/work\/global-vision-Immigration\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Express-Entry-Program-1.png\" alt=\"Canadian Permanent Residency\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6774\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Express Entry Program<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>PNP Invitation for Canadian Permanent Residency<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">PNP is the first factor under the EE system. Therefore, applicants get an extra 600 CRS score to apply for PR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">A total of 10,802 EE PNP\u00a0candidates get an ITA in 2018. Therefore, this was compared to\u00a02017 count of 8,733. Certainly,\u00a0the ratio of\u00a0EE PNP applicants rose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Therefore, most of the provinces increased in this section. Specifically, Ontario experienced a year-over-year increase of 3,082.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Therefore, IRCC\u00a0said Ontario is the host to towns\u00a0i.e. Toronto and Ottawa. Hence, it reached the target province for 64 per cent of applications for PR in 2018.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2019 saw 3,215 ITAs. Those\u00a0got issued over 13 draws got compared to 3,054 over the same number of draws in 2018. Whereas, the\u00a0citizens of China\u00a0got\u00a06,248 ITAs. In the same way, citizens of Nigeria got 6,025 ITAs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">In the first half of 2019, Canada issued more EE ITAs compared\u00a0with 2018 record-breaking year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Canada broke the annual record in 2018, issuing 89,800 ITAs. However, the draw increased in the second half of 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201c90,000 immigrants with families shifted to Canada last year.
