However, this cutoff was for applicants who already had a nomination. This means that if you applied in the <strong>Express Entry (EE) system<\/strong> with a provincial nomination then you would have received an <strong>Invitation to Apply (ITA) <\/strong>for permanent residence. Because a nomination gives extra 600 points against your EE profile. As a result, the CRS score of 720 is lower than what one expects it to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Furthermore, this draw brings the total number of invitations sent this year through the EE system to 19,368.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Express Entry System! What is that?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Express Entry system is one of Canada&#8217;s main immigration channels. As it manages immigration applications from 3 economic immigration programs such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Federal Skilled Workers Program (FSWP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Canadian Experience Class (CEC)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To qualify for receiving an invitation to apply (ITA) you must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Firstly, create a complete Express Entry (EE) profile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Secondly, your\u00a0profile will enter an EE pool of applicants. As this is the pool from which your profile will be selected after the draw. Only if you meet all the EE terms and have the qualifying CRS score.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">In addition, your profile will get a ranking as per the assessment of your profile. Because, these Human Capital Factors such as age, work experience, language and education level help in checking if you are eligible for a Canada PR or not.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Furthermore, after the assessment, your profile will get a ranking as per the CRS score.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Finally, when the draw happens, your profile will receive an ITA if you meet the qualifying <strong>Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/strong> score.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Note<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">The tiebreak for this draw was Mar 19, 2020, at 02:04:06 UTC. This means that applicants who submitted a profile on or before this date and time, with a CRS score equal to or more than 720 received an ITA.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Canada wants you!
